Is plus 15% gratuity in the hourly rate?
Yes. A 15% gratuity is added to the fare, and tolls and parking during the booking are added at cost.
What is the minimum booking?
2 hours for sedans and SUVs, 3 hours for Sprinter vans and stretch limousines, and 4 hours for the party bus.
Can I extend while I am out?
Yes, if the chauffeur’s schedule allows. Tell your chauffeur or call dispatch, and extra time is billed by the hour.
Does hourly time include the drive to my pickup?
Time starts at your pickup time and ends at your final drop-off. For pickups far outside Greater Boston, travel time may apply. We confirm this before you book.
