How much does a wedding limo cost in Boston?
A stretch limousine for up to 10 passengers costs $145 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, an Escalade ESV for the couple $118 an hour (2-hour minimum), a 14-seat Sprinter shuttle $165 an hour and a 30-passenger party bus $295 an hour (4-hour minimum). A 15% gratuity is added to the fare, and we confirm a full wedding-day quote in writing.
Wedding transportation, planned like a timeline
A wedding day has a run of sheet, and transportation is the part that cannot slip: getting ready at the hotel, first look, ceremony, photos at the harbor, cocktail hour, the grand exit. We build our schedule from yours, add buffer time for photos, and send the chauffeur’s details the day before.
Couples often book a stretch limousine or Escalade for themselves and a Sprinter or party bus to move the wedding party and guests between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception.

Wedding Limo Service FAQ
How far in advance should we book a wedding limo?
Most couples book 3 to 9 months ahead. Saturdays from May to October fill first, and we hold your date once you confirm.
How many hours do we need?
Usually 3 to 5 hours: pickup at the getting-ready location, ceremony, photos and arrival at the reception. Add time for a grand exit at the end of the night.
Can guests drink in the limo?
Guests aged 21 and over may bring sealed champagne or wine for the ride. Drinking by anyone under 21 is not permitted.
Do you provide guest shuttles?
Yes. Sprinter vans (14 seats) and our 30-passenger bus run loops between hotels, the ceremony and the reception.
